I have great trouble accessing the entrance to City Hall. I cannot walk or talk well, so I am wheelchair dependent. I should not have to wait for someone coming out so I can get in.
I have contacted several agencies within City Hall. So far, no response about ADA requirements. Does anyone know what the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements are?
