The Cortez Area Chamber of Commerce will host an event on Nov. 25 to showcase young entrepreneurs in Montezuma County and their small businesses on Small Business Saturday.

The public is invited. The event is at 20 W. Main St., from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

There is no cost for a vendor spot and tables are provided, but preregistration is required. Those tabling and selling goods, crafts, food, etc. from their small business should also be 18 years old or younger, according to the event’s guidelines.

“This is a special educational event to support our youths and foster future business owners in our community,” the news release said. “Youths are welcome to bring goods, crafts, or display services they provide.”
