Empire Electric Association is opening the Continuing Education Scholarship application process to its members on April 1.
There are 15 $1,000 scholarships for students who are continuing their education. To be eligible, students must not have a lapse between high school and college and/or must be a previous recipient of an EEA scholarship.
The deadline to apply is June 15 at 5 p.m. Applications are available on line at www.eea.coop, or at the EEA headquarters, 801 N. Broadway in Cortez.
