In celebration of the 232rd birthday of the U.S. Constitution, Mayor Karen Sheek proclaimed the week of Sept. 17 to 23 as Constitution Week.

Daughters of the American Revolution, Sleeping Ute Mountain Chapter were in attendance at the signing.
