The Durango Cowboy Poetry Gathering seeks entries for Colorado’s largest non-motorized parade, to be held Oct. 7. Entries are free.
The day of the event, a chuck-wagon breakfast will be held from 7 to 11 a.m. at the corner of Main Avenue and Fifth Street, near the railroad depot, and live music will start at 9:30 a.m. downtown on Main Avenue.
Trophies for nine categories will be awarded.
