I am annoyed and concerned about the technical management of the Cortez Recreation Center. Last winter, users of the pool, lazy river and the kiddie pool could not take showers before or after swimming because there was no hot water available.

About a month ago, the kiddie pool and the lazy river became unusable because of hot-water problems. Recently, I was informed the pool is out of service because something necessary for hot water is broken.

This is peak season for the wet area for young and old alike, from Cortez and surrounding areas.

When will these problems end?
