The Cortez Public Library has announced its Storytime schedule for August.
The Raising Readers Storytime program is held every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Cortez Public Library, 202 N. Park St., and every Saturday at 9:30 a.m., and weather permitting, at the Cortez Farmers Market on the corner of Main and Elm streets. There will be a storytime offered at the First Tuesday Market on Aug. 2, at 5:30 p.m. in City Park.
Older children are welcome to take part in a craft at 11:15 a.m. Thursday at the library.

Uber Goober Sandwiches: Aug. 4 and Aug. 6
Healthy Eats: Aug. 11 and Aug. 13
Bounce & Roll: Aug. 18 and Aug. 20
My Body Works Out!: Aug. 25 and Aug. 27
The library’s Summer Reading Program ends Aug. 20, wrapping up with a drawing for seven prizes. Drop by the library for a reading log.
