Co-founder of Zuma Natural Foods publishes first book

One of the original founders of Zuma Natural Foods has published her first book, “The Health Revolution: Give Yourself the Healthcare You Deserve.”

Jade Wimberley is a naturopathic doctor, practicing in several states to thousands of patients.

According to news release, the book is a combination holistic health, self-help book and inspirational manifesto. “The Health Revolution” is a “back-to-basics” look at alternative methods of health care.

Wimberley co-founded Zuma Natural Foods in 2004 with Meagan Tallmadge and the late Sara Wakefield.

“Health is not about taking a pill; health is about understanding why we feel the way we do and making educated choices to truly heal,” Wimberley said in a news release. “When I was lucky enough to live in Mancos, I saw the need for a community gathering place that offered healthy food, supplements, and information on alternatives to living a healthy lifestyle.”

The book is available online at Amazon.
