Sheila Mathews, president of Four Corners Community Bank, and Larry McGee, president of Citizens State Bank, greet community members at the merger celebration for the two banks. Four Corners Community Bank, based in Farmington, is acquiring Citizens State Bank of Cortez, a subsidiary of Community Bankshares, Inc.
