Burro Fire meeting will be at Dolores Community Center June 14

Specifics on forest closure will also be presented

There will be a community meeting on the Burro Fire and San Juan National Forest Stage 3 closure on June 14 at the Dolores Community Center at 6 p.m.

The meeting is being held in conjunction with the Dolores Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Forest Service and the Rocky Mountain Type 1 Incident Management Team.

Information will be provided on the Burro Fire northeast of Dolores and the specifics of the forest closure. Barring technical difficulties, the meeting will be live streamed on the fire’s Facebook page. (On Facebook go to @416fire.)
