Mark your calendars! And head to the Cortez Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, March 20 at 5:30 p.m. for this month’s Business After Hours event hosted by The Journal.
Montezuma County’s business community – owners, managers, representatives and entrepreneurs – is invited to attend.
Partygoers will have a choice of refreshments, like beer from WildEdge Brewing Collective and wine from Sutcliffe Vineyards. There will also be snacks.
“It’s an opportunity to meet The Journal staff,” said Kari Pathius, the human resources manager at Ballantine Communications Inc.
It’s also an opportunity to see the newspaper’s “new digs,” as it recently moved in upstairs at the chamber building, said John Blais, publisher and CEO of Ballantine Communications, Inc.
