The event will feature more than 40 crafters and vendors selling their creations

On June 17, the Dolores Craft Bazaar will take place at the Dolores Community Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature many different crafty shops and vendors.

Organizer Lori McGuire said there will be crafters of many different skill sets present at the event.

“We’ve got quilters, dog toys, gnomes, wreaths, jewelry, soap … a good variety of things,” she said.

Some of the featured participants in the bazaar are Dolores Mountain Quilters and Mancos Blue Skies Workshop. “They do woodworking, T-shirts and bags,” McGuire said.

Creative Inspirations was another mentioned, and they create embroidered products.

There will be more than 40 crafters and vendors in attendance selling their products, and there are still spots available for those who wish to participate.

Those who wish to sign up and be part of the Dolores Craft Bazaar can do so by contacting McGuire at (970) 759-3601.

Vendors can choose if they would like to set up shop inside the community center or outside.

“We had a beautiful day for it last year,” McGuire said.

Those who wish to participate but can’t make it to June’s bazaar will have another opportunity when the bazaar takes place again in December.
