Update: Missing infants found safe after Amber Alert

Two infants who were reported missing Thursday evening have been located and are safe, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

An Amber Alert issued last night has been deactivated, reported a CBI tweet at 3 a.m. Friday morning.

“Parties have been located and are safe,” the Tweet states.

The Amber Alert had been issued for Bailey Begay, age 1, and her brother Braidin Begay, age 3 months, and were thought to be in a brown and white 2005 Ford F250 pickup truck, with temporary Arizona license tags.

At the time of the alert, they had last been seen in the Dolores area.

Brandon Begay was allegedly driving the truck.

The CBI encouraged people who might have information in the case to call 911 or the Navajo Police at (505) 368-1350/1351.
