7:50 p.m.: A deputy investigated a dog bite at Southwest Memorial Hospital, but the dog’s owner, who had been bitten, blamed himself for not allowing the dog to fully wake up from anesthesia.Tuesday, April 19
3:13 p.m.: A deputy investigating an alleged theft of a tractor in the 22900 block of County Road D determined that a woman who had signed over a tractor to a man as payment for his labor had wrongfully taken it back. She was advised that the man could lawfully retrieve the tractor but that she could seek redress in civil court.

11:37 p.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and destruction of property after a disturbance involving three men at a residence in the 200 block of Railroad Ave. He was treated at Southwest Memorial.
