World champions scheduled to compete in 84th Roundup
Eldon Simmons cooks cobbler the old-fashioned way for the Ute Mountain Roundup Rodeo Chuck Wagon Dinner. The cowboy crew served up 160 pounds of beef, 50 pounds of potatoes, 30 pounds of beans, 250 biscuits and 20 cobblers for the dinner. The rodeo continues Friday and Saturday night at 7 p.m.
Wyatt Yates does a rope trick during Rodeo Days at the Cortez Library on Tuesday. Wyatt is the son of Ellis and Angela Yates.
