Thank you to everyone who helped make the Community Thanksgiving dinner a safe, successful and delicious event. Thanks to the 36 people who volunteered, to those who donated food and funds, those who cooked and prepared turkeys and made gravy, those who baked pies and rolls, those who prepared, served and cleaned, and those who boxed and delivered meals to the homebound.
We know many couldn’t volunteer this year due to COVID, and we are grateful for everyone who still supported from afar through food and financial donations, and by letting others know where to find a meal! Even though we couldn’t sit and share a meal this year, we loved seeing everyone from a distance! We are so fortunate to be part of a community that will come together like you did, through changes and challenges.
