BLM finalizes new wild horse management plan for Spring Creek Basin

Allowed number of horses may increase
Clouds come in from the east over McKenna Peak and Temple Butte in Spring Creek Basin. Under the new herd management plan, the number of horses can increase from a range of 35 to 65 to a range of 50 to 80 horses.
