The 17th annual Escalante Days Mountain Bike Race is scheduled for Saturday, August 8th. The race, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Dolores, will begin at 9:50 a.m. from 6th and Central.
There will be three different courses with prizes for each class. The expert course is 35 miles, sport course is 21 miles and beginner course is 13 miles. All courses ride along Boggy Draw Trail.
The registration fee is $40 and interested riders can register online at www.Active.com until 11:59 p.m. on August 6, or register in person the day of the event between 8:00-9 a.m. for $50.
