Graduation nears for Montezuma County seniors

Schools plan parades and drive-in ceremonies to celebrate graduates
As part of their commencement festivities, the town of Dolores now has banners of graduating seniors posted along Railroad Avenue.
Dolores will have 29 graduates this spring.
Montezuma-Cortez School District Re-1 will also hold a car-oriented ceremony and parade, a week after the Dolores commencement. Mancos School District Re-6 hopes to have a live event, although that is pending approval by health officials.
