Durango Natural Foods co-op member-owners will meet at 6 p.m. Jan 24 at First United Methodist Church, 2917 Aspen Drive, to determine the fate of the store. Member-owners will consider whether to close the store or to replace the current board of directors.

Durango Natural Foods is $150,000 in debt to vendors, of which about $75,000 is owed to local farmers and producers.
