10:52 a.m.: A man detained in the holding cell at Montezuma Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was issued a warrant for failure to appear and transported to the Montezuma County Detention Center.
2:08 p.m.: A woman in custody at Montezuma Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was issued a warrant for failure to appear and transported to the Montezuma County Detention Center.
4:46 p.m.: A man missing a temporary license plate on his vehicle contacted dispatch to create a report establishing the missing plate, near 40900 Colorado Highway 184. He said the plate might have fallen off his truck.
5:20 p.m.: A woman turned herself in on a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
Thursday, Oct. 25
9:25 a.m.: A deputy assisted with a court-ordered civil standby as two men removed Sinclair Oil Corp. signs from Wild Wild Rest Stop, 37101 U.S. Highway 160.
4:21 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant in the 400 block of Central Avenue in Dolores.
4:19 p.m.: A firearm was being actively pawned at Cortez Cash and Pawn, at 24099 Road G.2. Cortez dispatch confirmed the firearm was stolen in Greeley County and placed it into evidence.
6:40 p.m.: A woman in the booking area of Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., was issued a warrant.
10:49 p.m.: A man in custody at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., was issued a warrant for failure to comply.
11:58 p.m.: A deputy observed an injured deer in the roadway in the 10000 block of U.S. Highway 491. The deputy dispatched the deer with one round and did not observe debris from vehicles near the deer.
Friday, Oct. 26
12:03 a.m.: A woman hit a man with her car. The man said the two were in an intimate relationship. A deputy went to the female’s home and heard noises in the ceiling. The deputy stuck his head in the crawl space and told the woman to come down. She was placed in custody and arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault, violation of a protection order and domestic violence.
Sunday, Oct. 28
10:36 p.m.: A man driving in a van with no illuminated license plate was stopped in the 24000 block of County Road G. The driver was cited for driving with a revoked license and was issued a verbal warning for the license plate light.
Monday, Oct. 29
10:32 a.m.: A woman called to report her neighbor’s dogs running around her property, on the 12000 block of County Road 40.5. This was the third such call. She was outside her home when her neighbor began walking the dogs off-leash. The two dogs ran at the woman, and she ran into her garage and closed the door. The neighbor was issued a summons for dog not under control.
1:12 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant near the 31000 block of U.S. Highway 160.
6:52 p.m.: A property owner on the 27000 block of County Road T called to report a trespass. The trespasser was the property owner’s brother-in-law. No charges were filed.
Tuesday, Oct. 30
3:21 a.m.: Gun shots were heard in the area of Sleeping Ute Apartments, at 516 S. Madison. The source of the gunshots was not identified.
11:56 a.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of N. Park Street.
1:44 p.m.: An inmate in custody at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., was issued three warrants for failure to appear.
