After receiving a verbal warning, she had reportedly opened a valve that allowed all the water to flow into a ditch on her property, again preventing the neighbor from using it. While deputies were checking the truck to see if it was stolen, another truck drove onto the property. The man reportedly gave a false name at first, but eventually gave the name attached to the warrants.
