Bridge Emergency Shelter grateful for help with fundraiser

The Bridge Emergency Shelter would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all who contributed to the success of our garage sale and silent auction prior to the opening of the shelter season. We are pleased to report that we raised over $5,400. We were overwhelmed by the generosity of the community who donated so many items that all of our rooms were filled. We are just as grateful to those who came and purchased so many of those items. Special thanks to Terri Lynn Tito, Jackie Snow, Angie Seeley, Becky Hageman, Dani Chaffin, Lisa Wegner, and Deb Keel for donating so many, many hours to making the event a success. Without their enthusiasm, the event would not have happened. You are all superstars in our eyes. One more very extraordinary super star was young Abram Keel, who on his own raised over fifty dollars to assist the homeless. The Bridge is honored to be part of such a caring community. On behalf of the Board, staff, and guests of the shelter, we say a huge thank you to everyone for your support.
