Thank you for kindness and sympathy

Our hearts are full of gratitude as we say thank-you for the many acts of kindness and sympathy given us during the illness and passing of a wonderful husband, dad, papa, son and brother, Russell Crites. The prayers, cards, calls, food, flowers, donations, visits, kind words and attendance at his Memorial Service have warmed and comforted our hearts during a very difficult time.

A special thanks to Cole and Kelly and Russell’s co-workers at Fraley Propane, Hospice of Montezuma for their tender loving care, Ertel’s Funeral Home for their compassionate help in navigating final plans, Les and the nephews who crafted his one-of-a kind and perfect casket and First Assembly of God Church for the use of their beautiful facility. Special thanks to Pastor Darryl Johnson and Pastor Jonathan Bland for their inspired words of comfort and hope during Russell’s illness and at his services.

All through Russell’s cancer journey we have felt the support of this community and are grateful and humbled at the outpouring of love and care given us. We mourn his passing but we celebrate his life here and his eternal life in Jesus Christ.

We love and miss you, Russ.
