10:40 a.m. Two men and two women were in the parking lot of 610 E. Main St., and one of the women was writing with a Sharpie on the western wall. The woman was cited with trespassing and graffiti. The two men were cited with graffiti, and the other woman was cited with trespassing.
11:10 a.m. An officer server three warrants to a man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
5:08 p.m. A man driving in the 500 block of East Main Street used the center lane to pass traffic that had slowed for two pedestrians in the roadway. The man was cited with reckless driving and prohibited use of the center lane.
7:33 p.m. A man in the 800 block of South Broadway was arrested on a warrant.
7:50 a.m. A man driving a car in the McDonald’s parking lot, 1322 E. Main St., backed into another car and drove off. An officer was given the license plate by the woman was hit and found the residence of the man who drove off. The man was cited with driving without insurance, careless driving, displaying expired plates and leaving the scene.
8:44 a.m. A woman in the employee break room at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., was arrested on a warrant.
9:05 a.m. A man in the 200 block of East Montezuma Avenue noticed his vehicle had been broken into the night before. Missing items included an AR-style pellet gun.
9:52 a.m. A woman driving in the 1100 block of Jackson Street was swerving into the other lane. The woman was pulled over in the 1200 block of Montelores Street and arrested on two warrants and issued a penalty assessment for driving without a seat belt.
10:24 a.m. An officer served a warrant to a woman in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
11:55 a.m. A counterfeit $10 bill was found by a Walmart employee, 1835 E. Main St., and was turned over to an officer.
7:53 p.m. A man driving in the 1300 block of East Main Street reached down to grab his glasses and hit a boy in a crosswalk. The boy was flown to a hospital in critical condition. The man was cited with careless driving that resulted in an injury and failing to yield to pedestrian in a crosswalk.
8:43 p.m. A man returned to his vehicle in the Walmart parking lot, 1835 E. Main St., and noticed the rear passenger door had been dented and white paint from a hit.
10:55 p.m. A man in a car was arguing with a another man by his window in the 1700 block of East Empire Street. The second man punched the man in the car multiple times in the face and tried to get into the car. The man stabbed the second man with a pocket knife. The second man walked away, and the man in the car called 911 and reported the fight and stabbing.
11:28 a.m. A woman took a backpack from High View Smoke Shop, 43 E. Main St., and was cited with shoplifting.
11:40 a.m. A man at Speedway, 2021 E. Main St., was seen in a vehicle with a license plate that did not match the registration. The man was cited with driving without a license, driving without insurance and displaying fictitious plates.
3:12 p.m. A woman at Veterans Park, 803 E. Montezuma Ave., was cited with trespassing.
8:03 p.m. Two men at Veterans Park, 803 E. Montezuma Ave., were cited with possessing alcohol in a park, possessing an open container and trespassing.
12:22 a.m. A man in the alley behind Denkai Thrift Store, 209 W. Main St., was arrested on a warrant.
1:39 a.m. A man driving in the 100 block of South Linden Street was pulled over at South Linden Street and First Street. The man was arrested on a warrant and was cited with displaying an expired registration and driving without insurance.
11:50 a.m. A woman saw a man try to pry open the door of her van in the 100 block of South Elm Street.
3:40 p.m. A woman at Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., was cited with trespassing.
9:10 a.m. A man was pulled over in the lower 100 block of North Park Street after a REDDI tip. he was arrested on suspicion of DUI, making an improper turn, driving without a license and possessing an open container.
10:28 a.m. An employee of McDonald’s, 1322 E. Main St., found a counterfeit $5 bill in the register and turned it over to an officer.
2:04 p.m. A man was yelling at a woman in the 400 block of East First Street and pulled down his pants. He was cited with indecent exposure.
3:32 p.m. An employee of Four Corners Community Bank, 77 W. Main St., found a counterfeit $10 bill in a deposit from Wendy’s, 221 E. Main St., and turned it over to an officer.
5:53 p.m. A man at Tomahawk Hotel, 728 S. Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.
7:09 p.m. A woman walking barefoot in the roadway was arrested in the intersection of East Third Street and South Park Street on suspicion of violating a protection order.
9:34 p.m. A man at the Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St., was arrested on suspicion of violating protection order.
2:16 p.m. A woman in the parking lot of 610 E. Main St. was cited with trespassing.
4:08 a.m. A man and woman in the 300 block of South Broadway heard a smash and found a window to their trailer had a hole in it.
7:14 a.m. A man trying to get into FB Organics, 1 W. Main St., was cited with trespassing.
7:32 a.m. A man took a weed trimmer from a porch in the 200 block of South Washington Street. The trimmer was valued at $350.
8:32 a.m. A man was pulled over in the 1000 block of South Broadway and was arrested on suspicion of DUI and weaving.
11:12 a.m. A man in the 700 block of South Broadway was arrested on seven warrants. During the arrest, seven credit cards that did not belong to him were found in his possession.
11:25 a.m. A woman found a bicycle in the 300 block of South Market Street and turned it over to an officer as lost property.
2:21 p.m. A woman asking people at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., for drugs was cited with criminal trespassing.
7:24 p.m. The owner of Chinese Yang Massage, 804 S. Broadway, was told by an employee someone shot out the window along the road with a BB gun.
