My work as a school administrator in RE-1 was supported in so many ways by the San Juan Board of Cooperative Educational Services. The RE-1 school board, in withdrawing from BOCES, is undermining your children’s ability to speak English, learn to care for themselves, and interact and be productive citizens.
There is no possible way that Montezuma-Cortez School Superintendent Tom Burris and his “boot licker” school board can make your special needs students’ lives better under their misconceived leadership.
