One Book, One Community to host panel

One Book, One Community will present a special panel of guests at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, April 20, in the San Juan College Suns Room.

The panel will discuss the book “Send A Runner, A Navajo Honors the Long Walk,” by Edison Eskeets and Jim Kristofic.

The guest panelists are runners Timberlin Henderson, Jeri Hogue, Karen Krob and Scott Robinson, who will discuss running-related issues and take questions from the audience.

In addition, maps to the trails on campus will be handed out, and guests are invited to explore the trails for the final 30 minutes of the event.

The event is free and sponsored by San Juan College and San Juan College Foundation. This event is open to the public.
