St. Barnabas grateful for Thanksgiving meal supporters

Thank you to everyone who helped make the Community Thanksgiving dinner a safe, successful, and delicious event that served over 350 community members!

Thanks to the over 40 people who volunteered – to those who donated food and funds; those who cooked and prepared turkeys and made gravy; those who baked pies and rolls; those who prepared, served, and cleaned; those who boxed and delivered meals to the home-bound.

Even though we couldn’t sit and share a meal with this year, we loved seeing everyone from a distance, and we were grateful to connect with each of you. A special shout-out to Dolores Elementary students and Girls on the Run, who created thoughtful cards for our community. Aside from this annual meal, Grace’s Kitchen serves a free lunch to the community every Tuesday and Thursday from 12-1 p.m., and Saturdays from 12-12:30 p.m. All are welcome to join us!
