There will be a public lands meeting tonight, Thursday, June 12 from 6-9 pm at the Dolores Community Center. The topic is a preview of the Rico-West Dolores travel management plan. The workshop will include brief presentations by stakeholder panel members and a general summary of the NEPA process by the Forest Service. The workshop is the first of three meetings designed to promote early public participation and education in the upcoming regulatory process for lands in the Rico-West Dolores portion of the San Juan National Forest.
