The first Dolores court hearing since the 1990s will held in Town Hall on Tuesday. The case concerns alleged disorderly conduct that happened in a bar, said Town Attorney Mike Green at a town board meeting Monday. A victim is taking an assailant to court.
"It was a fairly serious offense," Green said.
He told members of the board it is a bigger deal than it first appears, because of the time and space required.
The trial must be held locally because it was a municipal offense. Town Hall will be closed during the trial.
