With his chuckwagon behind him, Davin Montoya checks the biscuits for the rodeo BBQ in City Park Wednesday evening. The biscuits are cooked in Dutch ovens with charcoal underneath and on top. The Ute Mountain Rodeo continues tonight and Saturday night at the fairgrounds and a downtown parade Saturday at 5 p.m.
