Mountain West Insurance and Financial Services, LLC announced its acquisition of Forsberg Engerman Co., an insurance broker based in Englewood, was effective July 1.
Forsberg Engerman is a surety business that focuses on property and casualty insurance. According to a news release from Mountain West, the acquisition will add to the agency’s mountain west footprint in Colorado.
Mountain West has 14 office locations, including its home office in Craig and offices in Durango, Pagosa Springs, Alamosa, Grand Junction, Montrose, Gunnison, Steamboat Springs, Meeker, Glenwood Springs, Aspen, Farmington and Henderson, Nevada.
