Learn the ukulele at the Ah Haa School for the Arts in Telluride on Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. between May 3 and June 7. Five weeks for $200.
This beginning adult class will provide basic skills for getting started playing the ukulele.
Students will learn how to tune their instruments, play basic chords, use a variety of basic strumming patterns, and play with other musicians.

Learn ceramic wheel and glazing at the Ah Haa School for the Arts in Telluride on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., May 23 to June 14. The class is $125.
Whether you’re interested in trying out the potter’s wheel or you simply need a refresher, this class enables beginning and experienced ceramicists some valuable time in the clay studio.
Class begins with two evenings of wheel instruction (required) followed by four open studio sessions (uninstructed, optional practice time). The course ends with one evening of glazing instruction, and one additional open studio session to finish up projects.
