8:57 a.m.: A woman reported a break-in in the 200 block of North 18th Street. Her garage door was damaged and slightly open. A deputy determined the door was damaged and that the claim of a break-in was unfounded.
11:57 a.m.: A man was cited for driving 75 mph in a 65 mph zone in the 2000 block of U.S. Highway 160 and was arrested for diving with a revoked license as a habitual offender.
1:24 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.
Friday, Jan. 13
1 a.m.: A woman driving with a broken tail light was pulled over in the 5000 block of U.S. Highway 160 and arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court. A male passenger was arrested for failing to comply with a court order.
5:30 p.m.: A man was arrested at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a robbery warrant.
Saturday, Jan. 14
4 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a failure to appear warrant from Montrose County after reporting a domestic disturbance in the 13000 block of County Road 28. The woman claimed her boyfriend had pushed her out the door and hit her in the face, but deputies determined there was too little evidence to charge the man.
Sunday, Jan. 15
11:30 a.m.: A man reported the theft of two rifles from his vehicle in the 200 block of Central Avenue in Dolores.
3:42 p.m.: Three men reported that items had been stolen from their vehicles in the 300 block of Riverside Avenue in Dolores. The stolen items included a Bluetooth speaker valued at $80, two cell phone chargers valued at $20 total, a portable DVD player valued at $150, multiple auxiliary cords valued at $30 total and a Gerber hunting knife valued at $30. Keys to a truck and a remote gate opener were also stolen. All the vehicles in question were unlocked. The case is under investigation.
Tuesday, Jan. 17
12:30 p.m.: A woman reported a property loss in the 14000 block of County Road 31. A tub full of meat-cutting supplies went missing from her flatbed trailer, and she believed it may have fallen off while she was driving. The tub was valued at $300.
5:13 p.m.: A deputy responded to a report of cheating at the Ute Mountain Ute Casino. A man was found with magnets concealed in a cigarette box, which casino staff believed he had been using to interfere with slot machines. The Bureau of Indian Affairs Gaming Division took over the investigation.
7:52 p.m.: A woman was issued a summons near the intersection of County Road D and Highway 160 on suspicion of driving without proof of insurance or registration.
Wednesday, Jan. 18
7:49 a.m.: A woman was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence after she allegedly fought and scratched her boyfriend in the 19000 block of Highway 491. The man was also arrested on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.
11:15 a.m.: A woman was arrested at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St., on two failure to comply warrants from La Plata County, one for a violation of bail bond conditions and one for driving under the influence and driving under restraint.
11:15 a.m.: A man was arrested at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a failure to appear warrant for driving under revocation as a habitual traffic offender.
4:45 p.m.: A man was arrested in the parking lot of Wal-Mart, 1835 E. Main St., on a failure to appear warrant from Alamosa County.
9 p.m.: A man was arrested at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a failure to appear warrant.
Thursday, Jan. 19
1:40 p.m.: A man was cited in the 2000 block of U.S. Highway 160 for driving with a revoked license as a habitual offender. He reportedly had 10 active cases.
4:40 p.m.: A woman was arrested on three warrants at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road, for failing to comply with a court order.
Friday, Jan. 20
8:22 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at 2021 E. Main St. for failing to comply with a court order.
Saturday, Jan. 21
8:10 p.m.: A man was served a warrant at Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Main St., for failing to appear in court for a DUI case.
Sunday, Jan. 22
1:39 a.m.: An intoxicated man was arrested at a residence in the 21400 block of County Road E, checked out at Southwest Memorial Hospital and jailed on suspicion of violating a protection order and failing to appear in court on an assault charge and a contempt of court charge.
4:30 p.m.: A man who was suspected in a trespass case in the 13800 block of County Road 28 was arrested on a warrant for failing to comply with a court order.

12:56 p.m.: A man was arrested at the Ute Mountain Casino, 3 Weeminuche Drive, on two failure to comply warrants.
1:15 p.m.: A man was arrested at the Ute Mountain Visitors Center in Towaoc on a failure to appear warrant and a warrant for shoplifting.

1:32 p.m.: A man was arrested at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road, on a failure to comply warrant.
3:45 p.m.: A woman was arrested in the 15000 block of County Road CC on two felony warrants for identity theft and unauthorized use of a transaction device.
11:53 p.m.: A man was issued a summons near the intersection of County Road R and Colorado Highway 145 on suspicion of driving under restraint. He also received a verbal warning for driving with defective tail lights and without proof of insurance.
