Monday, Nov. 6

9:16 a.m.: A man was served with two warrants at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

11:16 p.m.: Deputies responded to a report of a hit-and-run at Eagle Claw Liquor Store, 4285 U.S. Highway 160. A store employee claimed a customer had collided with an outdoor bench and the wall of the store while backing out of his parking space, causing an estimated $500 in total damage, and had left the scene of the accident. The case remains under investigation.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

1:22 a.m.: A man was served with a warrant for burglary at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

12:29 p.m.: Deputies responded to a report of a possible burglary in progress in the 7000 block of County Road 46. A man claimed two other men had jumped over a private gate and entered a residence on the property. Responding deputies found no evidence of forced entry and did not find anyone fitting the description of the two men on the property. Another man later told deputies the men were his employees and had jumped the fence in order to get to work, because they didn’t know the gate code. Deputies contacted one of the men and advised him not to jump any more fences. No charges were filed.

5:03 p.m.: A man was transported to jail from Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., after his probation was revoked.

11 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.
