9:33 a.m. An officer served two warrants to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

2:44 p.m. An officer cited a man with trespassing at Grace Fellowship, 24 N. Chestnut St.

11:13 p.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of violating a protection order that states he shall not possess or consume alcohol and third-degree trespassing at the Southwest Memorial Hospital, 1311 N. Mildred Road.

Friday, Nov. 15

10:54 a.m. An officer arrested a man on a warrant and for violating a protection order that states he shall not possess or consume alcohol near the Piñon Project, 210 E. Main St.

11:25 a.m. An officer arrested a man on two warrants and cited him with resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer at the Subway, 1219 E. Main St.

11:53 p.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of harassment, third degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia at the Dollar Tree, 215 S. Sligo St.

6:26 p.m. An officer cited a man with trespassing at the Church of Christ, 631 E. Montezuma Ave.

Saturday, Nov. 16

12:52 a.m. An officer arrested a man on two warrants after a report of shoplifters at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

6:57 a.m. An officer arrested a man on a warrant at the White Eagle Inn, 2110 S. Broadway.

3:23 p.m. An officer cited a man with shoplifting and issued him a never-expiring trespass notice at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

5:41 p.m. An officer cited a man at Veterans Park with possession of an open container of alcohol, possession of alcohol in the park, and shoplifting at Liquid Assets Liquor Store, 718 E. Main St.

Sunday, Nov. 17

7:51 a.m. An officer arrested a man on two warrants after the officer received a call for a fight in the 1700 block of Aldridge Road. The man was reported at the address with three other individuals and reported to have been trying to kick in the doors. A description of the vehicle that left the property was given to officers and the man was found hiding in the trunk.

4:36 p.m. An officer took a report for theft of ammunition at Big R, 1319 E. Main St.

Monday, Nov. 18

2:19 p.m. An officer arrested a man for violating a protection order at 403 E. Montezuma Ave.

4:08 p.m. An officer cited a man with interfering with an officer for assisting a man with a felony warrant. The man with a felony warrant fled after the officer initiated a speeding traffic stop at the intersection of East Roger Smith Ave and East Empire Street. The officer also arrested a woman on suspicion of violating a protection order and stated that a warrant would be sought for the man who fled for the charge of obstructing a peace officer.

5:20 p.m. An officer served a warrant to a man being transported into the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

7:31 p.m. An officer arrested a woman on a warrant and suspicion of violating an alcohol protection order and underage consumption at the Duck Pond, 515 N. Mildred Road. A man was also arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.

Wednesday, Nov. 20

10:55 a.m. An officer cited a woman with theft and issued her a never expiring trespass notice from City Market, 508 E. Main St.

4:06 p.m. An officer arrested a woman on suspicion of violating a trespass order that was issued earlier in the day and cited her with the shoplifting of a bag of hot Funyun’s and a bag of Hot Fries at City Market, 508 E. Main St.

11:11 p.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of driving under the influence, drove with blood alcohol of .0.08 or more and weaving in the 1500 block of S. Oak St.

11:22 p.m. An officer served four warrants to a woman in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
