Monday, Oct. 10

12:04 a.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and criminal mischief after a report of a fight at a residence in the 400 block of S. Cedar St.

2:34 p.m.: A woman was served a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

2:45 p.m.: A woman was arrested in two warrants at the Maverik gas station, 455 N. St.

Tuesday, Oct. 11

12:00 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court,601 N. Mildred Road.

2:02 p.m.: A woman was served a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, Oct. 12

9:39 a.m.: A man reported the theft of a computer tablet and a backpack containing $100 in clothing from a vehicle at his residence in the 800 block of E. Third St.

1:09 p.m.: A man reported that his firefighter bag and gear worth $2,400 had been stolen from his truck, parked at his residence in the 800 block of S. Cedar St.

2:05 p.m.: A man was served a warrant while in custody at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

11:20 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road.

Thursday, Oct. 13

8:31 a.m.: A man was arrested in the 500 block of E. Main St. on an active warrant and cited for driving with a suspended license.

8:46 a.m.: The owner of a construction company reported the theft of two ladders and a concrete rake at a project site in the 2200 block of Par Drive.

9:58 a.m.: A man was mistakenly arrested at City Market on an expired warrant, then released at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

11:19 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at District Court, 109 W. Main St.

1:18 p.m.: A man was arrested on a Kiowa County warrant and cited for driving with a suspended license in the 100 block of S. Madison St.

1:36 p.m.: A man was served a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

1:48 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant in the 800 block of E. Main St. after being stopped for failing to signal a turn.

3:48 p.m.: A man with four previous DUIs was arrested in the 400 block of S. Broadway on suspicion of felony DUI, driving with a revoked license as a habitual offender, possession of an open container of alcohol and violating a protection order.

Friday, Oct. 14

8:59 a.m.: A man reported that his license plate had been stolen, but the thief took the time to replace the connecting fasteners.

10:28 a.m.: A woman was served three warrants while in custody at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

6:20 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant after he was spotted on foot in the 600 S. Washington St.

Saturday, Oct. 15

1:22 a.m.: A woman was pulled over because of a defective headlight 2000 block of E. Main St. and cited for driving with a revoked license, DWAI, no insurance, and a defective vehicle. Because she had three previous DUI convictions, the officer pursued a felony charge for DWAI.

10:56 a.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree trespass and domestic violence at a residence in the 1200 block of Cochita St.

Sunday, Oct. 16

12:44 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant after being spotted in the 700 block of S. Chestnut St.

9:53 p.m.: A woman was pulled over after weaving in the 2100 block of E. Main St., arrested on a warrant, then released on a bond in the 2100 block of E. Main St.

11:24 p.m.: A man was arrested at a residence in the 600 block of Baker St. on suspicion of harassment and domestic violence.

Monday, Oct. 17

12:21 p.m.: A woman was spotted on foot in the 300 block of S. Beech St. and arrested on three warrants.

4:20 p.m.: A woman and a man were arrested on warrants at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road.

Tuesday, Oct. 18

10:30 a.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road.
