Marlee Mack’s triple crown highlights Panthers’ strong day at IML track championships

ALAMOSA – With the full force of the Intermountain League on display, the Panther girls and boys track and field teams more than held their own on Saturday afternoon.

Sophomore Marlee Mack won the 100- and 300-meter hurdles, as well as the long jump. Freshman Tessa Jackson won the high jump, and the Montezuma-Cortez girls won the 1,600-meter relay title. The Panthers placed third overall in the girls team results.

Senior Levi Bromwell (110 hurdles) and junior Atticus Keel (300 hurdles) won their respective events for the Panthers. The Montezuma-Cortez boys also placed third as a team at the Intermountain League Championships in Alamosa.
