CORTEZ – Southwest Colorado added a few more names to its postseason honor roll in basketball.
MileHigh Prep, a website dedicated to providing coverage of the small school classifications, doled out its own All-MileHigh teams, and multiple Montezuma and Dolores county players made the cut.

Hickman joined teammate Kylie Gatlin on the 1A First Team All-MileHigh, while Mancos’ Brian Veach and Teya Yeomans also made the 2A First Team alongside Goodwin. The Panthers’ Taylor Whited earned a 3A Second Team nod.
Postseason honorable mentions include Dove Creek’s Sheldon Gardner, Kalie Gatlin and Taylor Hampton, Mancos’ Kaiden Wyatt, Chris Medina, Andrew Jaime and Quincy Montoya, and Montezuma-Cortez’s Savannah Haselroth, Markylla Jones, Caidin Leonard, Tay Wheat and Hall.
The MileHigh Prep Report selections are compiled by the website’s staff. The staff’s selections are separate from those generated by the Colorado High School Activities Association.
