12:30 p.m. A deputy took a report of the theft of a wallet from a man in an undisclosed Montezuma County location. The man reported the use of his debit card in Arizona.
10:21 a.m. A deputy took a report for a hole that was cut into a chain-link fence allowing the unauthorized access to a property at 25306 Road L.
6:11 p.m. A deputy took a report for a third-degree assault involving three women in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St. Two women were issued summons for third-degree assault. Jail staff reported the victim was “running her mouth” before the attack.
6:15 p.m. Deputies arrested a man on a warrant at 21862 County Road G.
9:10 a.m. A deputy to a residence in the 14000 block of Road 26 after receiving a report for domestic violence. A man was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and domestic violence.
2:49 p.m. A deputy took a report for a stolen vehicle at 7378 Road 24.3.
5:08 p.m. A man who was remanded by the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was arrested on a warrant issued in Durango and transported to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
1:38 p.m. A deputy arrested a man who was remanded by the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., and transported him to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
2:27 p.m. A man who was remanded by the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was arrested on two warrants and transported by a deputy, to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
4:22 p.m. Deputies attempting to contact a man at his residence in the 5600 block of Road 25 for a warrant service and arrested his associate on a warrant after confirming his identity.
4:48 p.m. A woman who was remanded by the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was arrested on a warrant from Dolores County and transported to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
5:47 p.m. A deputy assisted a Colorado State Police trooper investigate a DUI in the 26000 block of Road H.
9:53 p.m. Deputies responded to a domestic call in the 12600 block of Road 17 that reportedly involved a firearm. One deputy drew his “issued AR15 in a low ready” until no weapon was observed. Two men who were arguing after one man said he needed to poop in the bathroom and a second man said he wanted his clothing removed from the bathroom because he planned to wear it that night, and did not want it to stink. The situation escalated. The man in the bathroom called law enforcement because he said he had been threatened with a gun. The men agreed to be separated after creating major damages to the bathroom door and wall as one man reached into the bathroom to get at the other man. The man leaving the residence took his clothes.
9:30 a.m. An officer took a report for a possible domestic violence disturbance at 2279 Hawkins St. The report was unfounded.
12:53 p.m. A deputy served two warrants to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
